Public Lecture #26 – The Art of Learning Architecture

The art of learning architecture is related to the technique of understanding, method of designing, ability to digest, and the will of having fun in the process of making architecture. Both of paradox, The teachers will not able to keep the learning process if the whole process can’t fully be understood by the learners, and the learners will not able to comprehend well without teacher without the heart of pedagogy. This lecture is about the complexity and contradiction in understanding the art of learning which might improve our way as an architect to understand the deeper layer of problem-solving, and thinking creatively, and enjoying the whole process.

The lecture will be brought by Prof. Yandi Andri Yatmo of University of Indonesia. Yandi Andri Yatmo is a Professor of Architecture at Universitas Indonesia.
